➥ Flight tickets/train tickets/bus tickets can be booked on your own (if any mistakes in name, consequences has responsibility of passenger only)

➥ Flight /train /bus tickets booked by our travel agency is chargeable and non refundable. flight/bus/train time change any cancel accept and follow airline and bus company rules.

➥ Name change in air tickets is not allowed.

➥ Our travel agency is not liable for additional expenses occurred due to any unavoidable circumstances and any reason beyond company control including political riots, natural calamity, floods, landslides, closure of monument for any reason, monuments under renovation, vip movement and security, heavy rush at sight seeing places, road traffic congestion)cancellation/time change/time delay by airlines/railways.

➥ Hotel standard check in time is 12 pm and check out time is 11 am. early check and late check out are subject to availability and hotel may charge the guest for the same as per their policy.

➥ If any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.

➥ If due to reasons beyond our control, we have to cancel some sight seeing places, there shall be no refund.

➥ The company cannot accept responsibility for clients missing flights as a result of late check-ins and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your holiday.

➥ Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. in case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

➥ If the vehicle is held up due to land slides or any other reason en-route the tour, food and accommodation is to be borne by the tourists.

➥ If sightseeing place cover deepened on time and open close session basis only

➥ If any natural affect to visit sightseeing can’t cover if possible and avai alternative will arrange if not possible nor responsibility in our side.

➥ Token advance is non refundable.
